About Us
Valley Web Solutions is a small business located in Appleton, WI serving the Fox Cities, Green Bay and Oshkosh area serving the needs of home and businesses technology users. Valley Web Solutions was started in 1994 by Duane Olson a local computer sales rep turned Computer network administrator for a big 5 accounting firm. After a couple of name changes to currently reflect the needs of the customers, it finally arrived at it's current name of Valley Web Solutions (Formerly Dynamic Computers and Fox Valley PC Help).
Duane believes in providing a full service to the customer and works very hard to that end. Since most new business is referral-based, each customer interaction must be one that is God-honoring and customer pleasing. Being a Christian who attends Appleton Alliance Church, Duane believes highly in serving God by helping people. Duane was born 10 miles north of Appleton in rural Black Creek on a farm and attended UW-Whitewater and finished his degree at UW-Green Bay. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Math which had an emphasis in Computer Science. He has lived in the Fox Cities since 1990 and loves the small town values and family oriented culture. Duane has 2 boys ages 7 and 10 who he loves taking on adventures.
Duane has a team of experts at Valley Web Solutions that do everything from website development and custom flash animation to SPYWARE removal and PC efficiency optimization. Duane has nearly 10 years of corporate network experience working on everything from Dos 5 to Windows XP on the client side and Windows NT 3.51 to Windows Server 2003 on the server side. Duane has supported over 200 users at one time in the corporate environment and has developed many custom Outlook applications and custom training solutions that have saved the client thousands of dollars. He has also served and helped home users for an additional 2 years. Duane loves working with and helping people resolve their technology issues. He'd love to add you to this list.
