One of the quickest ways we have found to help you resolve your computer problem is via secure remote control software.  If you have a high speed Internet connection such as cable or DSL, with your permission we can view your computer screen, move your mouse and fix many problems this way.  We can even transfer security patches and fixes this way!  It saves us the time of having to travel to your location and your problem is resolved much quicker.  This solution works great for adding new programs, error messages, quick how-to training, spware removal and much more.  Allow us to help you today...

Here is the process:

Step 1 -  Call us @ 920-428-9805 to setup a time.  Often, we will be able to help you immediately.  If not, we will schedule you for the very near future.  Maybe even the same day.

Step 2 -  Anytime before the designated time launch the Remote Client software.  Be sure to click "Run" or "Open" in the pop up window.  If you get another pop-up asking to "allow or grant access", be sure to choose "allow or "grant".  (Don't worry if you don't know what a firewall is).  You can also find this link on the top-right side of every page labeled "Start Remote Session".  Leave the "VWS Quicksupport" window open as this allows us to connect to your PC securely.

Step 3 -  In the "Valley Web Solutions Remote Support" window, you will be given a secure session ID.  When we call you, we will need the Session ID number.  This allows us to establish a secure connection to your computer and control your mouse and keyboard.

Step 4 - We connect securely to your computer and fix your problem immediately!  Simply site back and let go of the keyboard and mouse... This is amazing and FUN to watch!

When the session is done, we bill you.  This service costs $1 per minute ($15.00 min charge).  We bill you PER MINUTE!  Thus, you only pay for the exact amount of help you need.
