Message: Duane worked a bit of magic for me this week! When I was having difficulty accessing some documents and then couldn't get any computer response when I did get into a document......................well, re-booting was all I knew to do. When that failed, I called Duane. He walked me through the necessary moves which allowed him to "be in our computer". As we sat and visited on the phone, Duane (from his office) calmly and competently unloaded something, or reloaded something, and after a few minutes,without understanding how, I found our computer working just fine once again. The point is, Duane knew exactly what he was doing and came to my rescue........with a smile! I could hear it in his voice.

Message: After reinstalling my operating system due to viruses that had broken through the anti-virus/anti-spy protection program provided by my internet service, I decided it was time to understand my computer, its' capabilities, back up systems and the protection services available. I called Duane for assistance. Not only was he patient with my questions, but he answered them in a way that I could understand. Anything that Duane recommended, from software programs to computer setup, he was able to explain his reasons why and the benefits in doing so. In addition, his response to my few questions following our appointment were not only prompt but very helpful. His customer service is the best I have seen in years! Duane is a true professional and I would highly recommed him for any of your computer needs.

Message: I was having problems with processing speed, a cd drive that wasn't working, and internet sites locking up. Duane took my machine for a weekend and when I got it back it was running as good as new. He even went above and beyond and added additional memory. He explained what the problems were before fixing them so I had no surprises when I got the machine back. I am very pleased with the work Duane did for me and will recommend him to anyone else who needs computer help.
