Onsite PC Troubleshooting and repair (when you have broken Windows and can't get at your "stuff")
New Dell computers at best pricing configured exactly for you (so they don't sell you "stuff" you don't need)
New Computer setup and data transfer services (move your "stuff" to your new computer)
Data backup and archiving including secure offsite data backup (we don't want you to lose your "stuff")
Home and Business disaster recovery services (we'll make complete copies of your PC(s) and show you how to manage these copies)
Spyware removal and education (keep the critters from damaging your "stuff")
Hardware and software upgrades (when it takes too long to get at your "stuff")
System optimization (we don't like crawling windows)
Microsoft Windows Small Business Server Installation (when your stuff no longer fits on 2 computers)
Short term Business IT projects and long term business IT out-sourcing (you need a professional to regularly watch your "stuff")

Home/Individuals
If you are an individual or home user, our standard rate is 65/hr plus travel time for onsite work billed in 15 minute increments.
This rate applies to all types of support such as phone support, email support, remote computer support (Teamviewer), carry-in, and onsite support.
When support is onsite, we charge for one way travel to your location
1 hour minimum ($65 plus tax) for all onsite appointments
15 minute minimum charge for any support (onsite, email, remote or phone)
$40 minimum diagnostic fee for all carry-in repairs
Payment due upon completion of work. Cash, check or charge.
Note: Time to schedule your appointment or any other internal admin item, is not billable.
Business
$75 hr plus one way travel (1 hour minimum) for onsite PC repairs and network administration billed in 15 minute increments in Fox Cities.
$115 hr plus travel time for Network and/or Server repairs by our level 1 experienced MCSE (Microsoft Certifed Systems Engineer)
$150 hr plus travel time for Network and/or Server repairs by our level 2 experienced MCSE.
This rate applies to all types of support such as phone support, email support, remote computer support (Teamviewer), carry-in, and onsite support.
When support is onsite, we charge for one way travel to your location (Max $25 in immediate Fox Cities).
1 hour minimum (plus tax) for all onsite appointments
15 minute minimum charge for any support (onsite, email, remote or phone)
Payment due upon completion of work. Cash, check or charge. Net 15 terms available upon request.
Same-day priority support
$25 per incident charge for same day escalation.
Custom Web Design or website updates/changes
$60/hr @ 2-3 hours per new page (customer provides content/copy) in our powerful web editing tool billed in 15 minute increments.
Website changes and updates billed at $60/hr.
Terms: 1/2 down and remaining due upon completion of work.
